Mark A. Wasser
CPA, Co-managing Partner
Mark is a graduate of The State University of New York College at Oswego. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mark’s practice includes contractors, medical and dental practices, retailers, manufacturers. He specializes in accounting, tax and consulting services for closely held businesses. Mark actively volunteers his time as a Board Member and advisor to various, local not-for-profit organizations including: The Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce, Visions Federal Credit Union and Endicott Sertoma. Mark is also a past Treasurer of the Broome Community College Foundation and past Chairman of the Binghamton University Foundation Community Campaign. Mark is a 2004 graduate of the Broome Leadership Institute. As co-managing partner, Mark’s responsibilities include the oversight of day to day operations, strategic planning, marketing, facilities and client relations. In his spare time Mark enjoys golfing, cooking, and working out.
Jesse J. Wheeler
CPA, CFE, Co-managing Partner
Jesse is a graduate of Binghamton University with a BS in Accounting. He specializes in auditing and accounting for non-public businesses and non-profit organizations as well as forensic accounting. Jesse's accounting and tax practice includes non-profit organizations, health care providers, manufacturing, and employee benefit plans. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Public Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Jesse performs practice monitoring (peer review) services for other accounting firms throughout New York State and is a member of the Peer Review Committee of the NYSSCPA. He volunteers his time in various capacities for local non-profit organizations including Gorgeous Washington Street Association and LUMA Arts Initiative. Jesse is a graduate of the 2008 Broome Leadership Institute.
Tera joined Davidson Fox in 2006 and is a graduate of SUNY Oneonta. She is a member of both the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA's) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Tera is a past President of the NYSSCPA's Southern Tier Chapter. Her practice focuses on taxation and tax planning for individuals and businesses. She also has significant experience in auditing and accounting for non-public and non-profit organizations. She volunteers her time as a board member for Mothers and Babies Perinatal Network and The Goodwill Theatre. Tera is a graduate of the 2013 Broome Leadership Institute.
James C. Daniels
Jim earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University in 1976. His audit, accounting and tax practice includes manufacturing, wholesalers, retailers, health care providers, professional service corporations, engineering and agriculture. Jim specializes in tax planning and consulting services of closely held businesses. He also performs practice monitoring (peer review) services for other accounting firms throughout New York State. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jim is licensed in both NY State and Pennsylvania. He serves on boards, committees of Chenango County Habitat for Humanity, Binghamton Rotary Club, The Chenango River Theatre, Stillwater RTF, Community Foundation of South Central New York and Hillside Family of Agencies. Jim is a graduate of the 1996 Broome Leadership Institute and a past chair of the Binghamton University Foundation Community Campaign. Jim has been a partner with Davidson Fox & Company, LLP since 1985, and served as the firm’s Manager Partner from 2000 through 2015.
Catherine A. Maliwacki
CPA, Of Counsel
Cathy is a graduate of Binghamton University and holds both a BS and MS in Accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the AICPA Information Technology Section. Cathy is licensed to practice in both New York and Pennsylvania. Her accounting and tax practice clients include medical and dental practices, retailers, wholesalers, non-profits and closely held businesses. Her areas of expertise include auditing/accounting for closely held businesses and non-profits, issues related to employee stock ownership plans, tax planning and consulting, and assistance with systems analysis and implementation of accounting software. Cathy is active in the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce currently serving on their Recognition and Awards Committee and is a past Board member. Cathy actively volunteers her time with many local not-for-profit organizations including: Lourdes Hospital, Broome County Habitat for Humanity, Catholic Charities of Broome County and Binghamton Sertoma's. She is also a member of the Binghamton University Forum.

Dave earned a BS degree in Business Economics and Accounting from The State University of New York at Oneonta in 1980. He has been practicing public accounting for thirty-five years providing accounting and tax services to various types of businesses, non-profit organizations, estate, trusts, and individuals. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPA’s. Throughout his career Dave has served as Treasurer and as a board member for several non-profit organizations. Currently he is an adjunct professor teaching Auditing and Intermediate Accounting at Binghamton University.
